Ruby Hope McKee Starling

With all drama of Ruby having a cold we forgot to mention that she is officially 9 months old.  Woo-Hoo!!!!! 

Now for the numbers:

26 inches

15 lbs 8.5 ounces

They checked her Iron levels and gave her, her third Hep B shot.

As for other mile stones....

Ruby loves to give high fives and turn the pages of her books.  She is blowing raspberries (click link to see a video) and jabbering.  She can say Ma, Da, Ella, and Ba (for Bobbie).  She will sign for milk and all done.  She loves to be sung to.  She will now sit on her own and play for long periods of time.  She likes to stand and bounce, too.  She's not quite crawling yet, but we are getting really close.

As for her cold she's feeling much better.  She still has a cough and some congestion.  Hopefully she will continue to to beat this.

Here she is giving me a High Five.  She also did her own hair using a special mixture of cheerios and yogurt.
